Hi, I suffer from this issue and I have identified that it is because I did not use the Sierra tank vent. Instead I installed a cheap alternative which only allows air into the tank. The air in the tank above the fuel heats up in use and expands, crating pressure in the tank.
I have purchased the correct alternative now (about £40 on CBS) which allows air in and out but have not had a chance to fit it yet. Hope it helps.
