Finally have got the Xtreme turbo running on standard zetec!! After a few glitches with the Omex map, got it running, very weak at first, so did a blanket fuel increase of 20% and it ran well enough to drive to work and put it on the rolling road. Couldn't resist opening it up a bit and it went like a rocket. The intent was to achieve 210 bhp with 8psi of boost. The dyno setup is not finished, but it was achieving approx 230 bhp. Thats too much and on a second run the clutch started to slip.
Stil a lot of tweaking to do, but its great to finally have it running. With any luck it will be at qmops this weekend!
