Why I've been trying to contact Andy Heaton......
A Flux sent my renewal docs, but 'forgot' the Agreed Value, or even to mention 
it! I sent a note, and was told to send 7 photos + £15
I sent them authority to take £15 from credit card , along with 7 photos via 
email- their system returned a note acknowledging receipt, but again nothing 
else from them. That was 3 weeks ago, and 4 days ago I sent them another note 
(they state a reply in 2 days), again an acknowledgement but again I've heard 
nothing. Because of the 'legal' aspects I'm reluctant to contact via 'phone, so 
want to keep to email - Does anyone have the email of someone at A Flux who 
actually gives some customer service??
