The item 291657542307 on Ebay is shown as purchased from DVLA due to no tax or
sorn declaration (bizarre). Anyway listing at a cheap price in Berkshire, but
not taxed since dec 2015 (so only 1 month or 2) and MOT expired Oct 2013.
There may be liability for back tax? though I presume the seizure is to collect
that, equally MOT payments - but worth checking before anyone purchases.
