Ian, It is broken, but working. As multiple web hosts are served from a single server there is some configuration trickery I need to master (probably including DNS settings) so the non www. will work like the primary address. The couple of times I've looked into it have me stumped so far!
I have unfortunately had to allow TLSv1.2 as I found an important application that I use via that web server doesn't fully support v1.3, therefore anyone having issues may be OK now.
