Please ignore the rust (which shows up more in the photos!) I’ll have
to paint it again. NB there are 4 bolts across the rear panel, these
attach the towbar and a strip of steel (1.5 inches from memory by
about 4mm thick) which is on the inside of the panel to spread the
load. The 2 outermost bolts are visible near the ends of and under
the number plate. There is a vertical strip of steel welded to the
end of the towbar extension which is bolter to the vertical GRP
behind the axle (as per diagram in an earlier note). Russ, let me
know if you need any more photos.
