One of the very first jobs l had to do on my H4 was to sort out the PAS....I found a company on EBay who supplied a quality reconditioned steering rack complete in exchange for mine....the cost delivered was £115. Sorry I don't know part numbers....understanding the lists....even if you can find them....have always seemed a bit of a dark art! Best wishes
