Don't know why or how to fix it, but simply changing the name
extension to
.qtz works for me.
Not a solution, but an alternative --- starting a few weeks ago, mail-
archive.com has been archiving the quartzcomposer-dev list:
http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/
It seems to be correctly handling attachments (for example, http://
www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg00036.html ).
