Good question.
The Iterator Patch is really designed to make exact
copies of whatever is inside. I imagine you could
create some kind of setup whereby the Iterator
contains a Billboard, and several different Image
Importer patches, with a Multiplexer to switch between
them, based on the Iterator Index and maybe a Struct
(array) holding a list of which image to 'turn on' for
each iteration.

You could possibly use a JavaScript patch inside an
Iterator to create a Structure holding individual
values, then use these values to control other things,
outside the Iterator (or inside another one. I'm not
quite sure how to do this though. If you find out, or
anyone else knows if this is possible, let me know.
