Sorry, but no. QC files can only be played "live" on a Mac.
An option for some users is to "burn" the frame-by-frame rendering of
a composition into a stand-alone movie file. See my posts in the
mailing list archives for more instructions about this if you're
interested. But in your case it wouldn't do what you need, since you
want to take live audio input into the composition. (Or I should say,
you could capture it once, and then play over and over, but it
wouldn't be live).
