Quick query:
Is it possible to create mipmapped textures in QC from
a video source? I can create different-sized versions
of the image, but I'm not sure if it is possible to
weld them together into a single multitexture. Also,
if I were able to do this, would a Sprite using this
mipmapped texture automatically use the lower-res
version of the texture if it was further away from the
camera (and therefore smaller), or would it be
necessary to use a GLSL patch in order to do this kind
of thing?
