I've just submitted the following to the Apple Bug Reporter:
"The Published Inputs and Outputs Inspector panel doesn't resize properly. When
it is made larger, only the top pane is resized. Also, if there are more items
in the bottom pane than will fit into its fixed height, it becomes very
difficult to rearrange items in the list by dragging them. This is because the
list auto-scrolls much too fast. This often necessitates moving items in two
stages, which is very annoying. I suggest either the top and bottom panes
should automatically resize themselves equally when the Inspector is resized,
or the divider between the two panes (which is incidentally must thicker than
it needs to be) should be capable of being manually dragged to change the
relative heights of the two panes. Or both, preferably."
