Hi Mike,
You can use Affine Clamp, or any of the "Reflected Tile" patches that
come up when you search. Be sure to crop the output, because it
certainly will make it infinite. The black borders on the Gaussian
blur are from the image actually getting larger, so you may be able to
accomplish what you want by simply cropping the original image.
