Can anyone else confirm/reject this?
This happens for me, too --- I see memory increase of about 50 MB/sec only when the "Edit Filter Function" checkbox is enabled.
MacBookPro4,1 / 10.5.5 / GeForce 8600M GT / QC 3.1 (63.2) / QC Framework 2.1 (106.5) / Tested with no 3rd-party plugins or inputfilters installed.
