No, it seems all good on the video side.
The input is a sony camcorder running in slow shutter mode.
And the composition is running over 50 fps most of the time.
The computer is a Macbook pro (2.33 GHZ / 2 GB ram / 10.5.5).

And it doesn't seem to be linked to any particular "type" of movement on the screen.

But I often get breaks in continuous lines when drawing. It looks like the computer is missing a frame of the camera or forgetting to process one through the accumulator. Can you post the composition? it might be because of the nature of video-based input -- since there are only 30 or 60 images per second, a quickly moving image won't necessarily hit every pixel from start to finish. what kind of framerate is the composition running at, and what kind of machine are you using?
