You could render them in a render-in-image that renders a bit bigger than the screen, and then scale down (supersampling). Otherwise, you can try writing an app that configures a CGLContextObj with the appropriate Multisample/Supersample flags, and create a QCRenderer from that.

Here's a demo + pretty picture:

You can increase the renderer size by up to the texture size of the graphics card. However, be sure to keep the aspect ratio the same (multiple height and width by the same amount), or things start warping.
