By crash, do you mean that you just don't get output image, or do you mean
that QC actually crashes? (edit: from Chris's message while I was writing
this, I can see it actually does crash).
When I follow your steps, I get an alpha black Viewer, no actual QC
crash...but note that if you don't try to enforce the pixels on the Render
In Image with the Image Dimensions size, and let it ride at a w/h of 0x0,
the basic setting will work... (eg., the power of two's thing...).
