I'm going to ask a stupid question to which I think I already know the answer.
ImageDiffer sounds like it might be useful! Since it's private, and Apple's, what are the (roughly) legal, technical and practical implications if I wanted to use it myself? If it's part of the 10.6 install, can we use in commercial works if we know we're strictly targeting 10.6 ourselves? A.
