You'll want to put the photo in the same place on each machine.  (I've often 
seen a folder on the desktop used to hold all the resources a composition uses).

If you don't have a processing composition, don't check Run Processing 
Composition on Clients.
If your host is part of the 4 screens, do not check Do not Run on host -- if 
you have 5 machines, you should check Do not Run rendering composition on host 
(it'll just keep the others synchronized).

I'm not sure what Cluster mode is supposed to do off the top of my head.
