The Månsteri OSC Sender plugin is not much of use in your case, but you could abuse the Animata plugin. The Animata Bone OSC patch sends OSC in the format you are looking for: /path string float It's hard coded to use /anibone as the address space, but you can easily modify the source that is included in the download.
