You cross posted a little bit different info to kineme (I think?). It sounds as 
though you're attempting to add multiple markers. Check that your recording 
your markers at the right grid density for whatever your project needs; open up 
your recorded files in text editor and a/b with the original marker files to 
make sure they're the same format. 

Also, make sure your code and paths are correct.

Using processing to send info to qc seems like a layer of indirection. You 
should be able to get this working; I have an ar plugin that does a few dozen 
markers and works fine. Maybe post the code/marker files that are failing for 
you. :-)
