Basically tell a Quartz composition to open with it and it'll run full screen until you hit escape. Or run the app and it'll ask for one. I'll share the XCode project once a: I rescue it from my very dead Mac Mini and b: update it for XCode 4. Then, once it's been fullscreen, it will always open fullscreen, as long as it's been closed that way.
