This normally happens if you post a message to the list without also trimming 
out the "Help/Unsubscribe/Update your subscription" link and other content in 
the footer.  If someone else clicks that link to unsubscribe themselves, the 
system will see it as a request to unsubscribe -you- since your address is the 
one embedded in the link.

The notification can be ignored if that's the case.  But to avoid it 
altogether, be sure to trim that part of your messages.
