Hi Andrew Wong. Sorry for creating a second thread, but unfortunately I can't figure out how to reply to threads (If someone could explain this to me I'd be very grateful). This is part of what I meant in my 5th and most important point. This platform is very confusing to someone who's never used a mailing list before; which I believe is the majority of "users" who're not developers or programmers themselves (Or maybe it's a generational thing?). If the goal of the Qubes team is to reach a more mainstream audience, then I think an official forum is absolutely necessary.
