So i just did the normal update from qubes manager again for both whonix templates. I rebooted didn't see that message again, but you're saying I'm definitely not properly updated unless I followed all those instruction steps you linked? And So just to be sure reinstalling those two meta packages is not enough, we also have to purge all those obsolete packages, autoremove old packages, and delete obsolete files manually?
