Hi, I didn't find a howto for this. What I did:
I installed qemu-img to a vm with "dnf install qemu-img" and converted the image to raw "qemu-img -S 4k -f vdi -O raw image.vdi image.raw" Then I created an HVM VM (that I named win7) and I replaced the root.img file at /var/lib/qubes/appvms/win7 with the .img file from the previous step.
