Which Qubes release and desktop environment are you using? For example, on
R3.1 with KDE, you can create your own menu entries in the DispVM menu manually:

1. Right-click the "Application Launcher Menu" (AKA "Start Menu")
2. Click "Edit Applications..."
3. Select the "DisposableVM" menu.
4. Click "New Item".
5. Assign the name, icon, description (if any), and comment (if any) as you see
   fit.
6. In the "Command" box, add your command. For example:

    sh -c 'echo chromium | /usr/lib/qubes/qfile-daemon-dvm qubes.VMShell dom0 \
    DEFAULT red'
