Don't do this - there isn't a simple mechanism for transferring files to
Dom0 just to dissuade you from using it.

What you want to do is expand the storage for your qubes - just go to
properties in the Manager and change the allocated size -(Private
Storage max size).

The whole point of Qubes is that you don't have all your files in one
place - if you think you need to do this then you either haven't understood
the core value of Qubes or your life is so interleaved that you can't
take advantage of that core value.
If you don't get what I'm talking about look at
www.qubes-os.org/intro and have a think about it again.
