Having the build script spit out separate rpms (or ideally, use config-host for the kernel.rpm and config-guest for the kernel-qubes-vm.rpm) would be ideal (but then figuring out how to handle kernel-devel.rpms for both might be a challenge), but I really just intended for that grsec branch to be a proof-of-concept using existing Qubes build infrastructure.
