Hi, qubes-gui-vm needs to be rebuilt against the newer version of pulseaudio. This should be fixed as of commit 4cf2d11 in qubes-gui-agent-linux, but it looks like it still needs to be built and pushed to the repositories.
Fixing this is important because --allowerasing is needed for some updates from Fedora 25 to Fedora 26 because of this upstream bug: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1467060.
