Thanks for that Yuraeitha!

I had been looking at editing the Qubes menu to sort it more to my
liking, and wasn't getting anywhere.  But your method of using xfce's
Launchers is just what I needed.  Five minutes work and now I have
a much better "menu" system.  Just what I want.
