as I found out, seamless is not working for me. I thought it was, but it was just because the Windows VM crashed shortly after boot. Therof no windows :-) Even when I have disabled seamless mode the win7 VM boots up fullscreen. As mentioned windows can't be resized. I'm currently following my setup guide in order to check if it is maybe related to the highres display resolution on my office laptop.
