Hi, The qubes/whonix onion repos have been down for the past week or so, but they're actually back up now so they should be working. I don't know about whonix 14 though, I thought the current version was still 13. Is it a beta version? Anyways maybe try establishing a new tor circuit? Or maybe just wait a while.
