You can't trust the "cloud" - it will always be someone elses computer SGX etc is DRM and a proprietary wintel technology that shouldn't be trusted. You should look in to intergricloud and FlexVER which are made by raptor computing systems the makers of the OpenPOWER TALOS 2, Blackbird and various libre firmwares.
