Yes, It fails because the video driver. My card is a radeon rx-560 but there was no radeon driver installed. It was working with vesa driver. Now I already installed it but the error continues when I choose kernel-4-19 on grub. The testing repository was enabled in my yum repo cfg. Don't worry, it is working fine with kernel-4.14.
