How does one mount a 'My Passport Ultra' encrypted drive with qubes 4?

In windows, WD Unlocker allows the user to enter password. The Drive unlocks
and can be accessed.

In dom0, "qvm-block" displays:

sys-usb:sda My_Passport_0837
sys-usb:sr0 Virtual_CD_0837 (WD Unlocker)

When attaching 'sys-usb:sr0' to a designated VM, in dom0 it reads as:

sys-usb:sr0 Virtual_CD_0837 (WD Unlocker) <vmname> (read-only=yes,
frontend-dev=xvdi)

In <vmname>, the file manager displays:

WD Unlocker /dev/xvdi1
WD Unlocker /dev/xvdi2

When selecting xvdi1 (error dialog):

Unable to access location

Error mounting /dev/xvdi1 at /run/media/user/WD Unlocker: Command-line 'mount
-t "udf" -o "uhelper=udisk2, nodev, uid=1000, gid=1000, iocharset=utf8"
"/dev/xvdi1" "/run/media/user/WD Unlocker" exited with non-zero exit status 32:
mount:/run/media/user/WD Unlocker: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on
/dev/xvdi1, missing codepage or helper program, or other error.

when selecting xvdi2 (actually mounts)

The two folders within xvdi2 are: 'WD Drive Unlock.app' and 'Extras'

How does one enter the pass-phrase for an encrypted Passport drive? When
Attaching 'sys-usb:sda' nothing appears within the file manager. The drive is
functional and contains media.
