No, but it seems that Qubes OS 4.0.3 doesn’t work with the Ryzen 3 3200G (I think the last time I tried was in the end of January or in the beginning of February 2020). You will have to try with the 4.1 version that is currently under development. Or choose an older AMD processor or an Intel processor instead. Or wait to use Qubes OS until a stable version of 4.1 comes out. When it comes to the amount of threads - more is better than less, of cause. And it will probably depend on what you’re going to use the PC for.
