You should try the following commands:
$ sudo sed -i 's/buster/bullseye/g' /etc/apt/sources.list
$ sudo sed -i 's/buster/bullseye/g' /etc/apt/sources.list.d/qubes-r4.list
And I recommand you to clone your qube first as described.
