As far as I know, that's correct, but you should check with Star Labs to be sure. The original certification announcement listed the certified configuration options at the time: https://www.qubes-os.org/news/2024/01/10/starlabs-starbook-qubes-certified/ As you can see, only Intel processors are listed.
