I have not seen this link here so am adding it for reference. Those on the manafacturers mailing lists will already have it. Symmetricom have tested past and present products for leap second compliance. Check yours out to see what to expect at:

There appear to be two sequences reported for the different receivers.

Where appropriate, the tests also indicate if leap warning and leap bits are correctly set in the NTP packets.
