Precision of DVB-T time signal vs ATSC equivalent, mainly why don't these
systems encapsulate [broadcast] NTP?
Broadcast NTP is not a complex signal to decode.
If the current NTP time field is 64 bits (as I believe it is), this should
allow for 0.01 {s} accuracy on TVs [and other devices accepting TV signals]
with 'cheap' internal clocks to have tolerable temporal accuracy.
