Yashpal, What are you trying to do with SNTP and 1PPS?
SNTP is usually regarded as suitable for non-critical, low-end systems. 1PPS would seem to indicate that you need high precision timing. I see a conflict there. If you need high precision time, forget SNTP and use NTP.
