Hi, Franz: What kind of Internet connection do you have? Maybe you got a slow link or your time source was too busy. Since the error shows "no repsonse in 1000ms", try a closer stratum 1 or 2 source. You said that you have tried Meimberg's ntpd and it doesn't work. What error message do you get? Maybe your ISP block udp 123?
