The Meinberg box has a db25 connector? right?

you need:

Meinberg(db25) PC(db9 female)
SGND 7 SGND 5
TXD 3 RXD 2
RXD 2 TXD 3

i don't know about Handshake signals
There used to be Mouse Adapters DB25 mouse to DB9 PC
