Isn't "pool.ntp.org" a time server chosen at random from the pool? You are simply seeing whatever HTTP page that pool server happens to have as the main page is presenting to the net. Leaving off the "www" from a domain name and expecting it to be equivalent to www.<domainname> will invariably lead to surprises like this. -wolfgang -- Wolfgang S.
