Richard, I didn't get to set the price for my book, but Amazon has it new/used for about $73. Amazon also lists "Expert Network Time Protocol: An Experience in Time with NTP (Expert)" by Peter Rybaczyk for about $40. The reader can calibrate the O'Reilly coefficient for either book.
