Dave is correct! At least for me, that link leads to a page that says: " NTP Bugzilla Bugzilla Version 2.18 Access Denied You are not authorized to access bug #527. To see this bug, you must first log in to an account with the appropriate permissions. Please press Back and try again. Actions: Home | New | Search | bug # | Reports | Requests | New Account | Log In" FWIW, demanding a password for read access seems a bit much!
