Incredibly slow /etc/init.d/ntpd start (it hangs on boot so I do it manually but it is slow).
The contents of my /etc/ntp.conf are: server 0.ca.pool.ntp.org server 1.ca.pool.ntp.org server 2.ca.pool.ntp.org server 3.ca.pool.ntp.org I put some of the debug log file of an /etc/init.d/ntpd/start on http://www.lockie.ca/test/ntp.log.tar.bz2 Is it a hardware problem? The computer clock seems to work fine. Should I be able to ping all the ntp servers in my /etc/ntp.conf? I can't. _______________________________________________ questions mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ntp.isc.org/mailman/listinfo/questions
