It's a one-way gateway in practice. Newsgroup postings make it to questions@ but quesstions@ traffic never makes it to the newsgroup. This has been a problem all summer and has as has been noted recently by Martin Burnicki and David J Taylor. In this very thread, you will find my first reply was to questions@lists.ntp.org, and has not made it to the newsgroup. [1] I switched over to posting to the newsgroup, since otherwise the OP would likely never see my messages.
