Well, the windows Time adjustments are off. In the graph the measurements are taken every 10 seconds, and w/ Poll value reaching 1024 there are it seems many samples over which the value does not change. W/ minpoll=maxpoll=32, i still see jumps in offset and offsetl values are all positive, as in the past and between 0 and ~175msec in about 2 hours of running.
